Campus Inclusion Assessment
Implement the campus climate survey for students every other year. Analyze and present the results with recommendations. Research best practices and amend the survey as needed.
Promote, facilitate, and review Diversity Link training sessions designed specifically for faculty and staff to raise awareness of the campus climate and student experience, and to promote dialogue between professional staff. Maintain a list of program participants and create ways to keep them engaged.
Help to identify resources that may be beneficial for faculty and staff in navigating difference and promoting an inclusive campus community. Facilitate the Faculty/Staff Needs Assessment every other year and present the results with recommendations.
Promote, facilitate and review Safe Space 1 and 2 trainings. Maintain and promote a list of Allies and create way to keep them engaged.
